Featured in WorkWise column Featured in WorkWise column My resume writing advice was featured in this week’s WorkWise, a nationally syndicated column by Dr. Mildred L. Culp that can be found online and in print nationally from Connecticut to California. This week’s topic was about countering the recessions presence in your résumé. This recession has put job seekers in an unfamiliar and uncomfortable place to work from when seeking new employment. There are strategies I share with my clients to help them with their mindset, know what hiring managers want to see on résumés and hear in interviews, all culminating together to achieve the highest results during a career change. There is an abundance of relevant information in the recent WorkWise article that all job seekers can benefit from. One suggestion I shared is: “…to specify exactly what organizational change sent you packing. If you were part of a group let go, put in the number of employees.
